R. L. Turner's Cosmetology Program offers Community Services where the public can come and pay for Cosmetology Services. You must make an appointment, NO WALK INS ALLOWED. Availability is dependent upon service time & student availability. To request an appointment fill out the form below. Only cash or check as payment is accepted for salon services.
